    1. Soda water

    Carbonated drinks or soda water are among the greatest enemies. They can harm everything from skin and blood sugar to hormone balance and mood.

    Forget about marketing and labels that claim to be a healthy product that contains nutrients and vitamins.

    Everything they contain – huge amounts of sugar, food colors and preservatives. And carbonated drinks without sugar are not as good as they contain harmful artificial sweeteners.

    Tinned tomato sauce is a masked true killer. It is a hidden source of sugar and you have never even come to mind that canned tomato sauce can increase the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and even tooth decay.

    If you want to avoid all these problems, make a tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes. Or try to the crushed tomatoes without added sugar or salt, but with your favorite spices. In the worst case, choose the tomato sauce with the least sugar and sodium.

    3. Sugar

    If you like sweets, the sweetness can always be met in a much healthier way. Sugar acts as a drug and not only raises blood glucose and fat but can also cause heart disease.

    Avoid sugar whenever you can, as this will reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer, obesity, and heart disease. Instead, enjoy fresh fruit and use honey in all recipes instead of sugar.

    4. Meat Delicacies

    Meat delicacies such as salami, ham, Bologna sausage and so on have a lot of nitrates, sodium, preservatives, and additives.

    All these substances can increase the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and even behavioral problems and learning difficulties for children.

    6. Margarine

    This is one of the most unhealthy and one of the worst products in your diet. So give it up!

    Margarine is like a very bad version of butter made with hydrogenated vegetable oils. This is a much more unnatural product than you think.

    It’s an absolute chemistry. These are trans fats that can damage your heart, blood vessels and cholesterol.

    If you want a healthier alternative, go to butter. Other healthy alternatives include olive oil and avocado oil, sometimes even a flaxseed oil which can be spread on bread.

    7. Sausages and ”hot dogs”

    Sausages and other similar smoked and salted meat products have many health-damaging preservatives.

    If you have not yet convinced you, you should know that hot dogs contain a lot of sodium and toxins that increase the risk of cancer.

    If you still cannot resist this food, at least make sure that it uses meat coming directly from farmers or organic meat.

    8. Potato Chips

    All roasted foods contain dangerous substances called acrylamide. Potato chips are no exception.

    Acrylamide increases the risk of colon cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and rectal cancer. So avoid potato crisps or make a healthier, version at home. Pour some oil on the cut potatoes, add a little salt and fry them in the oven.
