How to become a Superstar?
It can feel impossible to move toward your dreams. You know exactly what you want to do(even if you don’t, but you still have that strange feeling, that you’re capable of something more, much more), but there are endless obstacles, limits or borders in your way.
There is so much competition—thousands or millions of people competing to do exactly what you want to do. You don’t even try to imagine the effort you could put in it, in order to achieve even a small piece of your imaginable final result.
- How do you get out of the rat race?
- How do advance quick enough to not have your dreams smashed into submission by society and imploded by “reality”?
- How do you make the needed leaps to move beyond the masses vying for a similar position?
After all, you have bills to pay and tons of other responsibilities. You only have a limited amount of time each day. After work and everything else you’ve got going on, it’s easy to justify waiting until tomorrow.
It truly can feel hopeless and overwhelming. There’s so much to learn. It can be easy to doubt our own abilities. Maybe we should just give up and accept reality for what it is?

4 tips to become a superstar
Too many of us swallow the prevailing myths of the society of our abilities to achieve something: that our problems all lie outside ourselves; and we have to spend time getting our minds and emotions in order—or motivating ourselves(I’m not trying to motivate you)—before we can tackle the problems in our lives.
Believe either of them and you’ll never advance much beyond where you are today. Never. Actions alone make a difference. Not necessarily big, dramatic ones either.
You don’t need to work endlessly or be born brilliant. There’s a very simple formula(I’m using it right now) we can all use to get a benefit from this information:
- Always work hard to improve.
- When choosing tasks and strategies, consider your natural gifts.
- Pick a great team and get familiar with them.
- Within reason, always help others.

You still have plenty of time
You don’t need a life plan. You don’t need motivation, self-confidence, peer support or even luck.
All you need is the willingness to take the next most obvious step—then repeat the process again and again, regardless of how you feel. Try it. Happiness comes from seeing the results of your efforts. You don’t need it before you start.
I found just amazing website Funders and founders and amazing author Anna Vital, where she and her team explaining startups, entrepreneurship and how many superstars started their success visually through infographics:
